Lou Frank

The infc series was commissioned from Lou by my dear, dear friend, BoomerRoo. I was surprised, in the least, to see it. Lou Frank has been doing furry artwork for a little while, but is relatively new to the Internet. He does commissions, but doesn't want to do anything more than PG-13 material, more or less. Look at his commissions policy first.
